Acrobatic Yoga – the practice of carrying steam that develops a sense of trust, helping to find a balance within ourselves and outside in pairs and in all forms, developing stability and agility at the same time – both body and perception, as well as strength, flexibility and coordination and strengthens mutual understanding. This practice is accessible to all, and useful at different levels – from the most basic to advanced. Akroyoga may be of interest in a variety of ways – as a yoga practitioner to immerse yourself in how health practices, as exercise, how deep aesthetic art form from which you can create acrobatic and dance performances.
