Juggling – a very fun and useful exercise, it is not only
develops dexterity and endurance, but also a very positive effect
the nervous system. After a few lessons in students
develop skills of concentration, developing small and large
hand movements, improves posture and vision, reaction, coordination of movements,
stamina, peripheral vision, speed, the ability to guess the trajectory
moving objects.
