Ayurveda – knowledge of life, originated more than 5,000 years ago in ancient Vedic culture, but to this day is the art of being healthy and actually accessible to everyone. Our body – not just energy machine for burning calories and absorption of vitamins and minerals.
Ayurveda teaches that each person is endowed with sufficient energy to heal itself, restoring your inner balance. To maintain health, you need only follow the right diet and have a stable everyday healthy habits.
They will be considered:
- The concept of the doshas, the types of human constitution, properties of food and spices, while the rules and eating, the effect of seasonality.
- Basic Ayurvedic treatments – Panchakarma, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, etc..
- Marma Vidya (knowledge of specific areas in the human body), and pulse diagnosis, as tools of Ayurveda.
